This policy describes cookies and local storage used by MorProperty at morproperty.gr. Local storage stays in this browser and is separate from your account database.

Essential and optional storage

Essential cookies support secure sign-in and your cookie choices. Remembering language, favourites and recent stays is disabled until you allow it. You can browse, change the language for the current page and book without optional storage.

Change or withdraw your choice

Open Cookie settings using the persistent button or footer. Choose Essential only to withdraw immediately, or change the option and save. Withdrawal removes the language cookie, favourites and recent stays from this device. It does not delete your account or bookings.

We ask again after 180 days or when the notice version changes. Expired or invalid choices do not allow optional storage; previous optional data is cleared when you next use the site. Choices apply separately to each browser and device.

Analytics and third-party services

The application does not enable Google Analytics, advertising pixels or retargeting tools through this banner. Adding them would require an updated notice and appropriate choices.

The current design loads Google Fonts and may load external property images, creating technical requests to their providers. Stripe Checkout and outbound services such as WhatsApp have their own privacy information and settings. This banner controls application storage on this device; it does not control email delivery or click logging.

You can also delete cookies and local data in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in. If storage is blocked, the application does not enable optional storage features.
