MorChalkidiki processes account, property, reservation, support and guest-guide information to provide accommodation and property-management services.

Information we process

Account and business contact details, property information, reservation details, communications, technical security logs and information voluntarily submitted through guest guides or support.

Why we use it

We use information to operate the service, secure accounts, fulfil reservation requests, communicate status changes, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be handled by hosting, email, payment, storage and AI service providers only where needed to deliver the service. Production providers must be covered by appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only as long as required for service, accounting, security and legal purposes. Signed-in users can obtain an account export or submit a deletion request. Some reservation or financial records may need to be retained where law requires it.
