Reservation requests and deadlines

A submission through MorProperty is a reservation request. A stay becomes confirmed when the property operator accepts it. A request without online payment has a 48-hour host-response deadline. Where online payment is required, the secure payment link and its payment deadline are displayed after submission. Unpaid, unconfirmed requests expire and release the dates when their deadline passes. Paying a deposit does not by itself replace host confirmation.

Prices and payment

The booking form shows the price for the selected nights, applicable seasonal rates, discounts and separate fees before submission. Outside a seasonal date range, the standard nightly rate applies. Availability and the total are checked again when a request is submitted. Depending on the property's displayed policy, no online payment, a deposit or full payment may be required. Online payments use the secure payment provider. Existing reservations keep their agreed price when a host changes seasonal rates.

Cancellations and date changes

Verified guests can submit cancellation or date-change requests from their account before arrival. Submitting a request leaves the existing reservation in place until a decision is made. Hosts review date changes against current availability; administrators review cancellations. Guests must accept the displayed quote for unpaid date changes. Date changes for reservations with a received payment retain the agreed total. Cancellation approval and refunds are separate reviewed actions; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. The property's displayed cancellation and payment policies apply.

Messages

Guests and hosts can communicate through the reservation's message thread. Messages do not automatically confirm a reservation, approve a change or authorize a refund. The account shows the current reservation and request status.

Property information

Property operators are responsible for keeping descriptions, prices, availability, policies and guest instructions accurate. MorProperty may review, suspend or remove listings that are misleading, unsafe or unlawful.

Subscriptions

Host subscriptions renew monthly through the displayed billing provider unless cancelled. Current price, renewal timing and cancellation controls are shown during secure checkout and in the billing portal.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent reservations or upload unlawful or harmful content.
